The mayor of Melitopol Ivan Fedorov said on one of the TV channels that the Russians began to steal Ukrainian sunflower seeds, in addition, they put conditions to the farmers with the division of the harvest 70 to 30 in their favor.
According to the mayor, to date there is no clear information that anyone has gone to cooperate with the Russians.
