Many European leaders, including US President Joe Biden, should be asked whether they would listen to Ukraine's demands to impose preventive sanctions against Russia so that war does not break out.
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said.
"It would have been fair if they European leaders would have listened to me in advance as the head of the Ukrainian state, if they would have listened to what we warned about. I mean preventive sanctions so that no war would start, presenting our strategy regarding the Black Sea, building the Black Sea fleet with a partner country," he said.
Zelensky stressed that Ukraine said that Russia would block the Black Sea. At the same time, the Ukrainian authorities talked about the missile program.
