Czech railroad freight operator CD Cargo transported the first train with grain from Ukraine to the German port of Bracke. From there, the first batch of ships with Ukrainian agricultural products will go to Egypt.

The first train carried about 1,800 tons of corn, which was loaded into the wagons in Dobre near Chierna nad Tisza.

"CD Cargo representatives are negotiating with the Ukrainian side on various transportation routes. For today - mainly through Polish and German ports, also southern routes through the ports in the Adriatic Sea are offered", - noted the Chairman of the Board of Directors of CD Cargo Tomasz Tot.

Earlier Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that the world should get Russia to unblock Ukraine's Black Sea ports for further grain exports.

At the same time, Lithuania called for the creation of a naval coalition to unblock Ukrainian ports.
