The so-called "ministry of interior" of the unrecognized Transnistrian region has confirmed information about explosions near the border with Ukraine.

On May 7, Transnistrian media reported about explosions that night in the village of Voronkovo, Ribnita district. The settlement is located near the Ukrainian border. The information was also confirmed by the Transnistrian Interior Ministry.
"At least two drones flew over the military unit in Voronkovo, four explosions were heard. Specialists are working at the site. Preliminarily it is reported that there were no casualties," reported "Novosti Pridnestrovia".
"There were four explosions near the village of Voronkovo, Ribnita district, in the area of the former airfield. On the evening of May 6, at about 9:40 p.m., the first two explosive devices were presumably dropped from a drone. The attack was repeated an hour later. The craters are about 1 meter deep and about 25 centimeters in diameter," the "ministry" reported and published photos of the explosions.
