"The video above is not footage of World War II, not a Nazi city in Ukraine bombed with "high-precision weapons." This is an ordinary 15-year-old Russian boy, Artem Severukhin, who celebrates his victory at a stage of the European Karting Championship with a Nazi gesture.
The Russian Artem showed the Nazi salute in Portugal, where he competed under the Italian flag. The Russian media has already quoted the mother of the young Nazi. She says that her son was celebrating his victory and "sent his hearts to the team.
