"More than 475 children have suffered in Ukraine because of the full-scale armed aggression of the Russian Federation. At the same time, 169 children were killed and 306 were injured," the report said.
As noted in the department, these figures are not final, as work continues to install them in places of active hostilities in the temporarily occupied and liberated territories.
According to the data received by the juvenile prosecutors, the total number of children suffered in the Kyiv region - 88, Donetsk - 81, Kharkiv - 75, Chernihiv - 50, Mykolaiv - 40, Luhansk - 35, Zaporizhzhya - 22, Kherson - 29, the capital - 16, Sumy - 16, Zhitomyr - 15.
Thus, in the city of Bucha, Kyiv region, the body of a 15-year-old girl was found in a mass grave among the adult dead.
And on April 7, in the Dnipropetrovsk region, as a result of the Russian military's shelling of a boat with 14 people in it, one child was killed and two more 4 and 16-year-olds were wounded.
In addition, on April 6 and 7, two minors were injured due to the occupants' shelling of Severodonetsk, Luhansk region.
At the same time, as a result of daily bombardment and shelling, 928 educational institutions were damaged. Eighty-four of them were completely destroyed.
