Kharkiv shelling victims 7 people, among the wounded three children - Office of the Prosecutor General

Seven people were killed and 34 wounded as a result of the shelling by Russian invaders of the Sloboda district of Kharkiv the night before, among the victims are three children, proceedings have begun, the Office of the Prosecutor General said.

"According to the investigation, on April 3, 2022 about 18:00 Russian occupants shelled residential houses in the Sloboda district of the city of Kharkiv. As a result, about ten houses and a trolleybus depot were damaged. According to preliminary information, 7 people were killed, 34 were injured, among them three children", - indicated in the prosecutor's office.

A pre-trial investigation into the fact of violation of the laws and customs of war, coupled with premeditated murder (part 2 of Article 438 of the Criminal Code of Ukraine) was launched.

According to the OVA, on April 3, in the evening, the occupants shelled the Sloboda district of Kharkiv.
