The Verkhovna Rada has introduced cash payments to the Russian military for the transfer of usable military equipment of the Russian Federation to the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to First Deputy Speaker Oleksandr Kornienko, the corresponding bill #7229 was adopted by the parliament on Friday (320 people's deputies voted for the document in total).
The bill establishes the remuneration to the members of the armed forces, other security agencies of Russia, other categories of persons for voluntarily transferred to the AFU suitable for use combat equipment of the aggressor state.

According to the draft law, in case of transfer of combat equipment to the Russian military at their request, the right to keep secret the fact of their transfer of equipment, to receive new documents with new identification data and security of their stay on the territory of Ukraine, as well as to create conditions for departure to a third safe country will be ensured.
