The Ministry of Justice of Ukraine will file lawsuits to ban the activities of the Opposition Platform - For Life and other political parties tomorrow, 22 March. The case will be considered by the District Administrative Court of Kyiv. This is reported in Telegram representative of the Verkhovna Rada in the Constitutional Court Olga Sovgiri.
"According to the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine, lawsuits to ban the activities of pro-Russian parties determined by the decision of the National Security and Defence Council, will be filed in court tomorrow," he said.
According to her, in the first instance, this category of cases is under the jurisdiction of the OACC.
