Mykhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, urges officials not to disclose information about countries' plans to provide Ukraine with weapons, as well as about preparations for a Ukrainian military counterattack, he said on Twitter.
"I want to ask a few things. This concerns, first and foremost, officials. Please, any information about the supply of weapons, any weapons from any country, let's not disclose until those weapons start working. This is very important. Logistics centers are working, negotiations with countries are going on, but let us not talk about this in a wide format and on the air.
Podolyak also asked regional officials not to talk about any redeployment of Ukrainian troops who are preparing for a counteroffensive.
"There will be counteroffensives in all directions, because this is our territory. The armed forces understand from where and how to attack. But let's not talk about it for the sake of likes and shores," he asked.
Podolyak also reassured that "there is no treason and there won't be."
"93% believe that we are going to win. And we're definitely going to get there. Let's just talk about it the right way," he said.
Russia still doesn’t understand the reasons why they’ll definitely lose the war. We’ll explain. On all frontlines - military, diplomatic, sanctions & negotiations. We urge top officials: fewer words about arms purchases & even fewer words about preparing our counteroffensive. pic.twitter.com/8lrWLWziY7
