Today there was a plenary session of the Verkhovna Rada. People's deputies adopted a number of laws and one resolution. This is reported Telegram channel of the Verkhovna Rada.
What resolution was adopted:
Resolution on the appeal of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine to the United Nations Organization, the UN High Commissioner for Refugees, the International Committee of the Red Cross, the European Parliament, international organizations and assemblies, parliaments and governments of foreign countries concerning the urgent need to protect the civilian population of Ukraine from military aggression of the occupier.
What laws were passed:
- Law "On General Mobilization";
- the law "On the use of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and other military formations";
- Law on Amendments to Ensure Liability of Persons Involved in Collaborationist Activities;
- The Law on Amendments to Criminal Liability for Collaborationist Activity;
- The law amending the prohibition of distribution and manufacture of propagandistic information products;
- The Law on Amendments regarding additional regulation of law enforcement bodies' activities under martial law;
- The Law "On Amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On the Judiciary and the Status of Judges" as regards changing the jurisdiction of courts
- The Law "On introducing amendments to the Criminal Code of Ukraine regarding increased liability for crimes against the foundations of Ukraine's national security under martial law
- The law "On ensuring the participation of civilians in the protection of Ukraine";
- The law on protecting the interests of entities when submitting reports or other documents during martial law or a state of war;
- the law on the basic principles of compulsory seizure of property of the Russian Federation and residents of the aggressor country on the territory of Ukraine;
- the law on amendments to strengthen liability for looting;the Law on Amendments Regarding Specifics of Taxation and Reporting under Martial Law.
