Interior Minister Denis Monastyrsky stated that the enemy does not allow the civilian population to be evacuated.

"Due to Russian aggression in eastern Ukraine alone, tens of thousands of people were left without light and food - the enemy does not allow the local population to be evacuated!!! The current humanitarian situation in the east of the state is difficult. Especially acute is the issue of evacuating people from the towns of Volnovakha, Sartana, Talanivka, where active hostilities continue", - said the Minister.

According to Monastyrsky, Ukraine is now applying all possible international instruments.

"The government has already created a coordination center to provide food, water, medicine and fuel. Now the logistics for the transfer of humanitarian goods to the cities that need them the most," said the head of the Ministry of Internal Affairs on the ways to resolve the situation.

He also stressed that the enemy will be responsible for each of its crimes against the Ukrainian people, so now all the consequences of the criminal actions of Putin's army are carefully documented.

"Our eyes for the world are the journalists of the leading international media, for which they are very grateful.

Rescuers accompany them to emergency zones struck by Russian shelling in Kiev and other cities.

Members of the media see everything - the shelling of the Okhmatdet Children's Hospital, damaged apartment buildings, warehouses burned down by shelling, and all other objects damaged or destroyed by the enemy. They see our children in bomb shelters.

But most importantly, they see how strong and indestructible we are," the minister said, adding that "every Ukrainian today is a warrior".
