Ukraine calls on all partners to immediately condemn the serious violation of the Minsk agreements by Russia - the shelling of Stanytsia Luhanska settlement in the Luhansk region. Ukrainian Foreign Minister Dmytro Kuleba wrote this on his Twitter.

"From the occupied territory of Donbass with heavy weapons shelled the Ukrainian village Stanytsia Luhanska. Civilian infrastructure was damaged. We call on all partners to immediately condemn this serious violation of the Minsk agreements by Russia amid an already tense security situation," Kuleba wrote.

On February 17, Russian occupation troops shelled the village of Stanytsia Luhanska in the Luhansk region. As a result of the use of heavy artillery weapons, shells hit the building of a kindergarten.

According to preliminary information, two civilians were concussed. The children were reportedly unharmed.

Europe has already reacted to the appeal of the Ukrainian Foreign Minister.

For example, a member of the European Parliament Viola von Cramon wrote on Twitter in response to Dmytro Kuleba's appeal: "The important news: the reality is not the withdrawal of Russian troops, but the massive shelling of villages in eastern Ukraine. Don't believe Russia's propaganda, but rely on facts.
