The Kiev Court of Appeal did not satisfy the appeal in the case of MP, the fifth President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko and left unchanged the measure of restraint in the form of personal commitment. This was  reported by the press service of the State Bureau of Investigation. 

In the GBI believe that with its decision, the court confirmed the validity of the suspicion of Poroshenko.

"With this decision, the court actually recognized that the suspicion of the deputy was served in a lawful way, is justified and confirmed by appropriate evidence", - noted in the bureau. 

The meeting was held for several hours. Considered an appeal against the decision of the Pechersk district court on the election of a preventive measure in the form of personal commitment of Poroshenko. Appeals filed by the Office of the Prosecutor General and lawyers of the ex-president.
