Ukraine has already recorded 4.34 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase of more than 34 thousand in a day, February 7. According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, this is almost half as much as the previous day.

Of those who fell ill in the past day: children - 3,095, health workers - 955. "For the day February 7 in Ukraine recorded 34,353 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.

Also in the past 24 hours:

- hospitalized - 2,168 people;

- fatal cases - 255;

- recovered - 15,193 people.

During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

- 4,341,790 people fell ill;

- 3 696 285 people recovered;

- 101,647 deaths;

- 18 672 736 PCR tests were conducted.

During the last 24 hours the greatest number of confirmed cases was registered in Odessa (3921), Kiev city (2862), Lviv (2336), Kharkiv (2022) and Dnipropetrovsk (1960) regions.

Also, according to the Ministry of Health, a day on February 7, 63,919 people in Ukraine were vaccinated against COVID-19. The first dose was given to 19,526 people, the second dose to 28,877 people, an additional dose to 543 people and a booster dose to 14,973 people.

From the beginning of vaccination campaign 15,478,006 people have received the first dose, 14,809,443 people have received two doses, 20,875 people have received additional dose and 474,203 people have received booster doses. A total of 30,782,527 vaccinations were administered.
