Ukraine has already recorded 4.3 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase over the day, February 6, - more than 23 thousand. According to the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, this figure is less than the day before, however, the traditional decrease for the weekend.
Of those who fell ill in the past day: children - 2,242, health workers - 394.
"During the day February 6 in Ukraine recorded 23,378 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the Ministry of Health.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 2,699 people;
- fatal cases - 115;
- recovered - 5 024 persons.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- fell ill - 4,307,437 people;
- 3 681 092 persons recovered;
- 101 392 deaths
- 18 603 958 PCR tests were conducted.
During the last day the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kiev city (2266), Lviv (2122), Odessa (2033), Khmelnytskyi (1713) and Kharkiv (1609) regions.
According to Worldometer, a resource that monitors the situation with coronavirus in the world, Ukraine is 18th in terms of prevalence and 16th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
