Ukraine has already recorded 4.09 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase of 30,000 per day on January 31, a jump of almost 40% compared to the previous day. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.

Of those who fell ill in the past day: children - 4,056, health workers - 337.

"During the day on January 31 in Ukraine recorded 30,768 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.

Also in the past 24 hours:

- hospitalized - 2,069 people;

- fatal cases - 192;

- 8,835 people recovered.


During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:

- fell ill - 4,095,263 persons;

- 3 631 580 people recovered;

- fatal cases - 100 395

- PCR tests were conducted - 18,113,574.

During the last 24 hours the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Lviv (3,411), Odessa (2,471) oblasts, Kiev city (2,363), Kharkiv (1,977) and Vinnitsa (1,654) oblasts.
