Ukraine has already recorded 3.98 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, an increase of more than 34,000 per day, January 27, which is the highest since the beginning of the pandemic - an anti-record for the second day in a row. Of those who have fallen ill in the past 24 hours: children - 5,341, health workers - 808. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"During the day on January 27 in Ukraine recorded 34,408 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 3,342 people;
- fatal cases - 144;
- 6,142 people recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- fell ill - 3,980,610 persons;
- 3,980,610 people were infected; 3,608,094 were cured;
- 99 882 deaths;
- PCR tests were conducted - 17,848,132.
In the last 24 hours the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Ivano-Frankivsk (2807), Lviv (2793), Odessa (2406) regions, Kiev city (2384), Zhytomyr (1988) regions.
