Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the war in Donbas was far from over. Again he blamed Ukraine for it.
This was reported by RBC-Ukraine, citing RIA Novosti.
According to him, the Ukrainian authorities "are not going to take steps to resolve the conflict in the Donbas on the non-alternative basis of the Minsk Package of Measures."
"The war that has been going on in Ukraine for eight years is far from over," he said.
Lavrov sees Ukraine's actions as "militaristic aspirations."
Earlier, Russia said it was ready to use the army abroad to "protect its citizens."
