Ukraine has already registered 3.66 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19, a day increase of 5.9 thousand, December 29, which is slightly more than a day earlier. Of those sick overnight: 373 children and 137 health workers.
The number of those recovered is higher than the number of new cases. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"During the day on December 29 in Ukraine recorded 5,930 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 1,747 people;
- fatal cases - 278;
- 10,369 people recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- got sick - 3,660,620 people;
- 3 460 249 people recovered;
- 95 690 deaths;
- 16,757,339 PCR tests were conducted.
During the last day, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kiev city (1263), Poltava (443), Donetsk (350), Odessa (339), Cherkasy (297) regions.
