Ukraine has already registered about 3.65 million cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19. The number of cases increased by 2.2 thousand per day on December 27, which is more than 20% more than the day before.
Of those who have fallen ill in the past 24 hours: 137 children - 137, health workers - 19. The number of those who have recovered is higher than the number of new cases. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"During the day on December 27 in Ukraine recorded 2,248 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 944 persons;
- fatal cases - 134;
- 4,789 persons recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- fell ill - 3,649,236 people;
- 3,437,528 persons recovered;
- 95,105 deaths;
- PCR tests were conducted - 16,691,695.
During the last 24 hours the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kiev city (475), Odessa (189), Kharkiv (180), Cherkassy (153), Donetsk (149) regions.
