The daily increase of more than 8 thousand of cases has been registered in Ukraine on December 14, which is 11% more than the day before. Of those who fell ill in the past 24 hours: children - 707, health workers - 182.
It is noteworthy that the number of those, recently recovered, keeps higher than the number of new cases. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"During the day on December 14 in Ukraine recorded 8,109 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 2,280 people;
- fatal cases - 356;
- 26,307 people recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- got sick - 3,578,557 people;
- 3,259,316 people recovered;
- 91 958 fatalities;
- 16,371,425 PCR tests were conducted.
Over the past 24 hours, the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in the city of Kiev (1247), Poltava (568), Zaporozhye (456), Donetsk (425) and Volyn (402) regions.
Meanwhile, it became known that a full course of vaccination against coronavirus disease COVID-19 in Ukraine since late February has already received 12.6 million people, of which about 143 thousand in the last 24 hours, most - the second dose.
"For the day on December 14 in Ukraine 921,142 people were vaccinated against COVID-19. 47,137 people received the first dose, 95,784 people were fully immunized," the Ministry of Health said in a statement.
