Ukraine has already recorded 3.56 million cases of coronavirus COVID-19, an increase of 4,000 per day on December 12. This is a decrease compared to the previous day, which is traditional for the weekend. Of those sick overnight: 377 children, 37 health workers.
The number of those recovered is higher than the number of new cases. This is reported by the Ministry of Health of Ukraine.
"For the day on December 12 in Ukraine recorded 4 073 new confirmed cases of coronavirus disease COVID-19," - said in the message.
Also over the past 24 hours:
- hospitalized - 1 456 people;
- fatal cases - 188;
- 9,966 people recovered.
During the entire pandemic in Ukraine:
- got sick - 3,563,165 people;
- 3 205 879 people recovered;
- fatal cases - 91 215;
- PCR tests carried out - 16,306,176.
During the last day the largest number of confirmed cases was registered in Kiev city (570), Odessa (394), Volyn (310), Dnipropetrovsk (283) and Mykolayiv (236) regions.
Meanwhile, Health Minister Viktor Lyashko announced the withdrawal of two more regions from the "red" zone.

According to him, for 5 consecutive weeks there has been a downward trend in the number of registered cases of COVID-19.
"These indicators allow us to take two more regions - Vinnitsa and Khmelnitsky - out of the "red" level of epidemic danger," he said.
According to Worldometer, a resource that tracks the situation with coronavirus in the world, Ukraine ranks 17th in prevalence and 15th in the number of deaths from COVID-19.
