Protest of "anti-vaccinationists" in Kiev: National Guard involved in law enforcement

In the morning in Kiev, the so-called "anti-vaccinationists" march began on the square near the Verkhovna Rada. Despite the rain, several hundred people came to the walls of the parliament, but people are still pulling up. The main demands are the abolition of quarantine regulations, a ban on compulsory medicine and people's rights.

The National Guard of Ukraine was involved in law enforcement. This is reported by the press service of the police.

Representatives of the structural subdivisions of the Metropolitan police, including members of the explosives service, police officers of the dialogue, as well as members of the National Guard are monitoring law and order, the police said.

"The police appeal to the organizers and participants of the action to observe the norms of the current legislation, not to violate public order and to assist in the performance of their official duties," the report said.

Ukrainian Health Minister Viktor Lyashko reacted to the rally "antivaccinators" in Kiev. He called it a mockery of medics.

"The gathering of people that we see today with calls not to be vaccinated is, in my opinion, a mockery of our medics and the families who, unfortunately, have lost their relatives to covid," he said at a briefing.
