President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelenskyy has held a telephone conversation with Prime Minister of the State of Israel Naftali Bennett.

Volodymyr Zelensky noted the symbolism of the state visit of Israeli President Yitzhak Herzog to Ukraine in October 2021, during which the leaders took part in the events to mark the 80th anniversary of the Babi Yar tragedy.

Naftali Bennett expressed his gratitude to the Ukrainian head of state for the adoption of the law on preventing and countering anti-Semitism in Ukraine.

The two sides discussed further steps to deepen Ukrainian-Israeli cooperation in areas of mutual interest.

The President of Ukraine thanked Naftali Bennett for Israel's consistent support for the sovereignty and territorial integrity of our state, in particular within the UN.
