After approval of the order of the Ministry of Health on the list of professions subject to mandatory vaccination, employers will be required to dismiss unvaccinated employees.

"If vaccination is mandatory, the employer is obliged to remove from the work process a person who is not vaccinated," said the Minister.
Victor Lyashko stressed that a distinction should be made between compulsory and compulsory vaccination. According to him, the Ministry of Health can determine the list of professions, positions and industries for which it is mandatory to conduct certain vaccinations against infectious diseases.

According to him, the order of the Ministry of Health on the list of professions subject to compulsory vaccination is approved by all authorities and registered with the Ministry of Justice.
