Ukraine is currently making the most of all available opportunities to train pilots and engineers for F-16 fighter jets provided by partner countries both in Europe and overseas. This was announced by Major Illia Yevlash, head of the Air Force's public relations service, during a national telethon, Army Inform quoted.
The report notes that all stages of training on F-16 fighters have already been completed. The first stage includes ground training and language courses, the second is training on light aircraft, and the third is direct training on F-16s, which is the final stage.
Only certain bureaucratic procedures and technical details remain. We are waiting for the aircraft as soon as possible.
Yevlash emphasized that Ukraine hopes that its partners will continue to train Ukrainian specialists in the future.
