Advisor to the Czech Prime Minister Tomáš Pojar said that the shells purchased by the allies for the Ukrainian Armed Forces will start arriving in Ukraine by early summer, reports Euractive.
"The promised money should arrive, and contracts should be signed. Then it will take several weeks to deliver the ammunition to Ukraine. Deliveries may start in June," Pojar said.
He did not say which countries had agreed to provide the ammunition to the Ukrainian Armed Forces, but only noted that the Czech side was looking for it around the world, "where it is available at a reasonable price and quality." However, the organizers are trying to keep all the details of this initiative secret so that Russia does not disrupt the process.
