The Ukrainian military showed footage of the last flight of the Russian A-50 aircraft, which was shot down in the Sea of Azov on January 14 along with the Il-22. This was reported by the Southern Defense Forces of Ukraine.
"This is what the last flight to the no-return zone looked like," the video caption reads.
Russian media have not yet commented on these events. Commenting on the incident, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov advised to get information about the "special military operation" directly from the Russian Ministry of Defense. Currently, the Russian Defense Ministry has not commented on the events surrounding the aircraft.
