By the end of Monday, Bulgaria will stop Russian cars from entering its territory. This was announced by the Director of the Bulgarian Border Police, Anton Zlatanov, during the program "The Day Begins" on Bulgarian National Television (BNT), Tribune reports.
"We worked very actively from Thursday to yesterday. I am sure that by the end of the day, a ban on the entry of Russian passenger cars into our country will come into effect in Bulgaria," Zlatanov said.
He did not provide details on the number of Russian cars entering the country each month, but emphasized that there are not many of them.
The ban on the entry of trucks from Russia has been in effect for several months.
