In Poland, they are looking for a surveillance balloon that flew from Belarus.
An object was spotted in the airspace of Poland, which flew in from the direction of Belarus. This was reported by the Ministry of Defense of Poland on May 13 with reference to the country's Air Operations Center.
It is probably a surveillance balloon, the ministry added.
"The air operations center recorded the appearance of an object in Polish airspace that flew in from the direction of Belarus... Radar contact was lost near Rypin," the agency said.
The ministry added that they are now looking for him. The operational commander involved regular territorial defense forces in the search for the aerostat.

In a comment to the Polish television channel TVN 24, the press attaché of the operational command of the armed forces, Eva Zlotnytska, reported that the object entered the airspace of Poland on the evening of May 12, around 8:30 p.m.
She noted that when the object appeared in the airspace, all the procedures used in such cases were launched - another pair of MiG-29s were raised, then F-16s.
Currently, when the signal with the object disappeared, in addition to the ground groups of the territorial defense forces, a helicopter and a drone were also involved in the search for it.
