In Uman, where the Russian army launched a missile attack on April 28, the bodies of 22 of the 23 dead were identified, and in the process of identification, it was found out that 5 children died. This was announced by the Minister of Internal Affairs Ihor Klymenko on Facebook.
"Uman. Debris analysis continues. 23 people were confirmed dead as a result of a Russian missile attack, of which 22 bodies were identified by police investigators and forensics. During the identification process, it was found that 5 children died: two boys (one and a half and 16 years old) and three girls ( 8) , 11 and 14 years old)", Klymenko informed.
He added that one woman is considered missing.
The search continues.
Meanwhile, according to reports, a fire broke out at the site of debris removal in Uman. As the rescuers explained, it was blown away by the wind. Currently, they are working in an intensified mode, reports "Suspilne".
As a result of the Russian missile attack in Uman, 23 people died, including 5 children. 18 were injured, another 17 citizens were rescued.
