The Black Sea Fleet of Russia cannot perform serious tasks, and its importance has been exaggerated. This was stated by the head of the Main Directorate of Intelligence of the Ministry of Defense, Kyrylo Budanov, in an interview with Liga.net.

According to the head of the GUR, this situation with the Russian fleet existed even before the Russian invasion of Ukraine, and February 24 only showed the real state of affairs.
