The Russians shelled the center of Kherson on a day off. Unfortunately, there are casualties among civilians. Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko reported this in Telegram.
"At the moment, we know of at least 5 dead and 20 wounded as a result of the shelling of the city center," Tymoshenko wrote.
According to the Deputy Chairman of the Kherson Regional Council, Yury Sobolevskyi, among the victims and the dead there are exclusively civilians.
"The shelling was in the central part of the city. Unfortunately, there are a large number of victims and statistics are constantly being updated. In addition, while the shelling continues, explosions can still be heard in the central part of the city," said Sobolevsky.

The number of victims due to shelling in Kherson increased to 35 people. Deputy Head of the Office of the President Kyrylo Tymoshenko stated this.
"As a result of Russian terror, as of now, 35 people are known to have been injured, 16 of them are in serious condition," he said.
