Deputy Head of the Ministry of Defense Hanna Malyar does not rule out that a new wave of mobilization may be announced in Ukraine after the New Year. She reported this in the "Night Watch" program on the "1+1" channel.
"These are things that are difficult to predict, because mobilization depends on the needs of the war and, in addition, there are losses, there is a need for recovery - even those people who are alive and healthy and not injured need to be replaced. Therefore, this is a normal process - mobilization," Malyar said.
She also urged not to make "terrible apocalyptic predictions."
"It can be and we always talk about it in public. Maybe everything can happen, everything depends on the war," said the deputy minister.
