Russia declared its "openness to negotiations" with the Ukrainian authorities. Moscow is allegedly ready for dialogue without "preconditions". This was stated by the Deputy Head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Serhii Ryabkov, rossMI reports.
"I can only confirm the position - we are open to dialogue, without preconditions. We were ready for this before, Kyiv, under the command of its Western curators, interrupted the dialogue, which was generally moving forward, some document was being developed, now it's all in the past. What's next? ? - It doesn't depend on us," Ryabkov said.
We will remind you that yesterday the Russian Foreign Ministry announced its readiness to talk with Ukraine. It is noteworthy that this is happening against the background of a successful counteroffensive of the Ukrainian Armed Forces, including the transfer of Kherson to the control of the Ukrainian Armed Forces.
