Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said that the United States should announce a new package of military aid to Ukraine on Friday.

 The minister said this at an online briefing on Friday.

 According to Reznikov, Ukraine is currently developing an air defense system that includes not only missiles, but also the use of various types of small arms and anti-aircraft systems.

 "Such a network over Ukraine should be created thanks to various systems. The Spanish government announced that we will soon receive Hawk 23 systems from them, the training of our crews is being completed," he said.

 "I think that today we will hear about the announcement of another package of aid to Ukraine from the United States. It will be signed by President Biden, and there we will hear good news," Reznikov said.

 As the minister noted, he knows exactly what good news he has, but he is waiting for an official announcement.
