Russia has threatened that it will impose tougher conditions if negotiations with Ukraine are resumed. At the same time, they will concern, among other things, the time of fulfillment of the requirements.
This was stated by a member of the Russian delegation at the talks, Leonid Slutsky, reports TASS.
"Today, the conditions from our side will be tougher both on demilitarization and denazification, tougher in essence and in time of their execution. I emphasize that this is in the event that the negotiation process is resumed," he said.
As a reminder, Ukraine is not negotiating with Russia at the moment because of its constant aggression.
Earlier, the head of the negotiating group, MP David Arahamiya said that Ukraine will be able to resume negotiations after a counterattack in certain areas. According to him, this may happen before the end of August.
