The second round of voting for the new Conservative leader will take place in Britain

British Conservative Party MPs will hold a second round of voting on Thursday to elect a new Tory leader.

About it writes Sky News.

Voting will begin at 13:30 on Kiev, the results will be announced at 17:00.

Six candidates continue to participate in the election: first-round winner Rishi Sunak, Penny Mordont, Liz Truss, Cami Badenoch, Tom Tugenhut and Suella Braverman.

Whoever gets the fewest votes will be eliminated from further participation, and the party will continue to vote in the coming days until two finalists remain.

Then some 160,000 Conservative Party members will choose between the two finalists, and the winner is to be announced on September 5.
