Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky called the Russian soldiers cowardly barbarians and said that they abandoned their people for looting. The head of state said this in an interview with the Australian TV channel Nine Network.
"How they abandoned people, they didn't bury them, they didn't take them, they didn't take the wounded, they ran... They're just cowardly barbarians. They abandoned their people to take washing machines out of houses, to take out phones, some clothes, and abandoned their wounded," Zelensky said.
Also to add, as reported by the SBU, the Russian occupiers have become so brazen that looting Ukrainian homes has become like going to the supermarket for them.
