Russian occupants shelled residential neighborhoods in one of Lysychansk's districts with heavy weapons, there are casualties. This was reported by the head of the Luhansk regional military administration Sergey Gaidai in the morning of March 30.
"At about 6:30 the enemy with heavy weapons opened fire on residential quarters of one of the districts of Lysychansk. We have significant destruction of multi-story buildings. Information about the number of dead and wounded is being clarified. There is a lot of rubble," Gaidai said in Telegram.
According to him, rescuers are trying to save the living.
Sergey Gaidai reported earlier that a high-pressure gas pipeline was damaged in Luhansk region as a result of shelling by Russian occupants.
