Mikhail Podolyak, adviser to the head of the Office of the President, announced the start of the second round of talks with Russian representatives.
"We are starting to talk to Russian representatives. The key to the initial agenda is. 1. An immediate cease-fire. 2. Truce. 3. Humanitarian corridors to remove civilians from destroyed or constantly shelled villages and towns," Podolyak wrote on Twitter on Thursday.
