For the first time in seven days of war with the Russian Federation, the Ukrainian military reached the state border line in the Sumy region. This was reported by the Secretary of the National Security and Defence Council Oleksiy Danilov on Facebook.
"On the seventh day of the war with the aggressive terrorist state Russia, the border guards of the 5th border detachment advanced group together with units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine went to the state border line of Ukraine in the Sumy region. The servicemen of the State Border Guard Service of Ukraine are doing an excellent job of ruthlessly destroying the Russian occupants on the territory of Ukraine," Danilov said.
All Ukrainian defense lines have been preserved, the enemy has no success in any of the strategic directions, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said on March 3.
For a week now, the military of the Armed Forces of Ukraine have been fighting back against the Russian occupiers, who were frightened by a shameful defeat and began committing crimes against humanity, Ukrainian Defense Minister Oleksiy Reznikov said.
