In Ugledar (Donetsk region) shells hit a local hospital, 4 people were killed and 10 more wounded, including 6 medics, the head of the regional military-civilian administration Pavel Kirilenko said.
"In Ugledar, Russian occupation troops killed 4 and wounded 10 civilians - shells of the occupiers hit the local hospital. Among the wounded are 6 medics. The shelling occurred around 11 o'clock. The condition of the wounded are of varying degrees of severity," he wrote on Facebook.
