The acting head of the State Bureau of Investigation Oleksiy Sukhachev announced that the head of the Office of the President Andrei Yermak will be summoned for questioning in the near future.
On the air of the "Pravo na Vlada" program, he explained that Yermak would be questioned in the case of the possible disruption of the special operation to detain the "Wagnerites".
According to Sukhachev, at the moment, the investigation has no evidence of Yermak's involvement. However, the head of the Presidential Office may not be summoned for interrogation right now because he is awaiting information from his colleagues in the law enforcement agencies.
In addition, the investigation can also summon the President of Ukraine for questioning, said the head of the GBR.
"If necessary, the investigator will use the right granted to him and summon the President of Ukraine for interrogation," Sukhachev said.
