Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy has imposed sanctions of the National Security and Defence Council against employees of the Russian special services. The list included 28 people.

This is reported by the website of the President.

In particular, the restrictions apply to the Russians, who head the so-called "law enforcement agencies" in the occupied Donbas. The sanctions are imposed for a period of three years and provide for the blocking of assets, a ban on the withdrawal of capital and so on.

In addition to Russian citizens, the list includes Roman Gordidan, former deputy head of the SBU directorate in Luhansk Region, Oleg Londarev, former employee of the Stakhanov department of the SBU in Luhansk Region, and Igor Zubkov, former SBU employee, who work for the occupation regime in Luhansk.

Also on the list are Donetsk "militant" Nikolai Karchuk and "DNR Ministry of Justice official" Sergei Tkachenko.

We will remind, last week Zelensky clarified the sanctions lists, which include the wife of MP Taras Kozak and Russian companies.

Previously, the National Security and Defense Council (NSDC) of Ukraine approved sanctions against people associated with the opening of the so-called Nicaraguan representative office in occupied Crimea.
