The Verkhovna Rada convened for a plenary session at 10:00 a.m. today, February 4. In particular, MPs will consider the appointment of four new ministers and a number of other bills, according to RBC-Ukraine.
People's deputies can vote on the appointment today:
Oleksiy Yuriyovych Reznikov as minister of defense of Ukraine;
Vereshchuk Irina Andriyivna - Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister for Reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine;
Ryabikin Pavel Borisovich - Minister for Strategic Industrial Sector of Ukraine;
Yulia Anatoliyivna Sviridenko - First Deputy Prime Minister of Ukraine - Minister of Economy of Ukraine.
The Verkhovna Rada could also consider the bill on ratification of the Treaty between Ukraine and the Arab Republic of Egypt on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons, as well as the bill on the ratification of the Treaty on the Transfer of Sentenced Persons.
Ratification of the Protocol between the Government of Ukraine and the Government of the Republic of Belarus on amendments to the International Automobile Cooperation of 17 December 1992;
The bill on ratification of the Military and Paramilitaryitary Agreement between the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine and the government of the Republic of Turkey;
The bill on the withdrawal from the treaty on cooperation of the Commonwealth of Independent States in the fight against illegal migration;
A bill on Ukraine's withdrawal from the Treaty on a Common Agricultural Market of the States Members of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
Besides that, the plenary session discussed the following bills: on amendments to the Law of Ukraine "On State Budget of Ukraine for 2021" for increased spending on purchases, construction and installation of acidulous stations (second reading); on the Fund of Private Guarantees of Credits in the Agriculture Sector (second reading).
