The enemy has stepped up the attack on Lysychansk and Severodonetsk, - AFU General Staff

On the Severodonetsk direction, the occupiers conducted an assault in the direction of Severodonetsk. But after a number of unsuccessful attacks they were forced to retreat.

In the Seversk direction, the enemy carried out engineering equipment of positions near the settlement Azarovka of the Bryansk region. Performed artillery and mortar shelling of the settlements Boyaro-Lezhachi, Bruski, Starye Vyrki of Sumy region and Gremyach of Chernihiv region.

 

In the Kharkiv direction, the Russian Army concentrated its main efforts on maintaining the occupied lines, and attempted to launch counterattacks to restore lost positions. Fighting continued near the settlements of Ternovo and Veseloye. In addition, enemy shelling was recorded in the vicinity of Russkye Tishkov.

 

In the Slavyansk direction, Russian troops shelled civilian infrastructure near the settlements of Dovgenkoye, Bolshaya Kamyshevakha and Dolina.

 

In the Donetsk direction, the enemy intensified offensive and assault actions to improve the tactical situation. It inflicted fire from mortars, barreled artillery, multiple rocket launchers and operational and tactical aviation to destroy fortifications of our units along the entire line of contact.

 

In the Liman direction, the enemy periodically shells civilian infrastructure in the areas of Dibrova and Zakotnoye settlements. On the Bakhmut direction, supported by artillery and mortars, Russian Army troops conducted offensives near the settlement of Vyskriva, while trying to improve the tactical position of their units near Vladimirovka and Vasilievka. Russian soldiers suffered casualties near the village of Aleksandropillia.

 

In the Avdiivka direction, the enemy, supported by artillery, conducted assault and offensive actions near the settlement of Veseloye. In the Kurakhov direction, Russia carried out massive artillery shelling of civilian infrastructure, including from multiple rocket launchers. The offensive in the areas of Novomikhailovka and Aleksandrovka was unsuccessful.

 

In the Novopavlovsk and Zaporizhzhya areas with rocket and barreled artillery and mortars, the enemy hit infrastructure and civilian households and engaged in counter-battery warfare. In the area of Novovorovka village, the enemy suffered losses and retreated to previously occupied positions.
