Moscow: Archbishop Bnchensky, vicar of the Chernivtsi diocese Longin at the Bishops' Council in the Moscow Cathedral of Christ the Savior appealed to the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill to leave the Russian Orthodox Church from the World Council of Churches, not to recognize the Cretan Cathedral as Orthodox, to refute the film "Matilda", and also cancel the declaration adopted at the meeting with the Pope in Havana, the correspondent of Front News International reports.

Vladyka Longin addressed Patriarch Kirill during a closed meeting of the Council of Bishops.

"Your Holiness, with humility, ask for your holy blessing, asking for your holy prayers, asking for your forgiveness.

Your Holiness, we repeatedly asked you to hear us and understand our pain, because we sincerely wish to remain in the bosom of our Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate. We firmly know that only in Orthodoxy there is truth and there is no other way to salvation except the Church, whose head is also the Lord Jesus Christ himself: "I will create the Church, mine and the gates of the hellish hell will not prevail against Her" (Mt. 16: 18).

There are no other "churches" and there is no other way of salvation !!!

Remaining faithful to the children of our Russian Orthodox Church, want to observe the canons, dogmas and teachings commanded by the Holy Fathers, so as not to turn out to be apostates, traitors to Christ and the Orthodox faith.

We ask Your Holiness and the Holy Hierarchical Council to take place from 28.11.2017 to 05.12.2017 to hear the cry of our soul about the difficult situation in which our Orthodox Church is located. We have always been faithful to you and our Russian Orthodox Church of the Moscow Patriarchate and will forever remain in our saving faith, but we will never admit any heresy that is preached today.

We call for consideration of the following items:

1. To leave our Russian Orthodox Church from the World Council of Churches and to stop participation of our Church in the ecumenical movement, since we can not depart from the truth, dogmas and rules established by the Ecumenical Councils, believing only in the One, Holy, Catholic and Apostolic Church.

2. To annul the declaration adopted on 12.02.2016 in Havana (Cuba), so the meeting itself was not agreed with the Council of Bishops of the ROC, and we will never recognize the heretic of the Pope as the Holy One.

3. Do not recognize the Cretan falsehood as Orthodox, because our Church has always preserved the fullness of the truth, and this cathedral did not have this fullness, it is based on an ecumenical heresy that leads the faithful children of the Orthodox Church to eternal perdition.

4. Refute the slanderous film "Matilda", which defiled the sanctity of the Royal Passion-Bearers. This is another attempt to destroy the image of an ideal family and dishonor the memory of the saints a hundred years after their martyrdom.

Your Holiness, the Sacred Bishops' Council and all the hierarchy of the ROC, the brothers of the Holy Ascension Banchen monastery, humbly ask to hear the undying and unsettling pain of the soul - to defend the truth and purity of our Orthodox Cathedral and Apostolic Church, in which we pray to God and help us all to profess a single and saving faith .

By the prayers of the Most-holy Lady of our Mother of God, may the Lord have mercy on you with his great mercy and turn to repentance all those who have gone astray. "

On Wednesday, November 29, the Patriarch of Moscow and All Russia Kirill at the Cathedral of Christ the Savior opened the Bishops' Council of the Russian Orthodox Church. After the completion of the liturgy and prayer service in the Cathedral of Christ the Savior, the first plenary meeting of the Council began in front of the relics of the Patriarch of Moscow Tikhon in the hall of the church cathedrals of the cathedral church.
