Kyiv: US President Donald Trump has pardoned former National Security Adviser, General Michael Flynn.
"It is a great honor for me to express my full condolences to General Michael Flynn. Congratulations to him and his wonderful family. You will now have a truly wonderful Thanksgiving," Donald Trump wrote on Twitter.
In the run-up to the presidential election, Michael Flynn, on behalf of Trump's team, was serving a sentence for making contacts with Russian influencers, information about which he hid from Donald Trump and members of his campaign team.
